AAA Recharge provides recharge and bill payment services. Refunds are processed according to the following policy.
Transactions that are successfully processed cannot be refunded.
If a recharge fails but the amount is deducted, the amount will automatically be refunded to the wallet within 24-48 hours.
Wallet balance added through payment gateway is non-refundable unless there is a technical error.
Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method and bank processing time.
